OUR STORY
Danmoore Solutions is a Limited Liability Company Incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act with the Registration Number: RC 9241817. As a Company, our story began in April 2017 during an International ICT Summit in China with a follow-up Conference in Accra-Ghana a year after. It was at these two Conferences that the idea for an all-inclusive Social Media Platform with the name 'Talent Mart' was born as our first project.
At Danmoore Solutions, we leverage technology to transform lives, and sustainability challenges are addressed. Our digital platforms are designed to inform, connect, and empower communities, professionals, and institutions, driving partnership, real-time awareness, and measurable impact through our signature projects and programs.

In Talent Mart, we value our global audience and users. Our unique operation rewards you generously for referring your friends and relative to join our platform. Talent Mart Referral System is divided into three namely: General Referral, Partnership Referral and Market Place Referral.
THE BENEFITS
GENERAL REFERRAL
You earn N300 for referring an exhibitor to the platform and N100 when your referee refers another and that’s not all . . . you also earn N100 each time your first direct refers receive or cast a super vote and N2 each time your second generation refers cast or receive votes.
PARTNERSHIP REFERRAL:
You earn 5% to 40% Direct Referral Commission you refer another partner and 0.5% to 10% In-direct Referral Commission according to your Partnership category whenever your referee refers another partner.
MARKET PLACE REFERRAL:
You earn 0.25% to 3.5% Direct Referral Commission according to your Partnership category whenever someone you refer purchases products and 0.1% to 1.5% In-direct Referral Commission according to your Partnership category whenever someone your referral’s referee purchases products.

His impact has led to the establishment of Joscham Foundation; a non-governmental Organization with the mandate to develop people's talents and create a platform for their gifts to manifest.
PATRICIA SEADE: - VICE CHAIRMAN AND COUNTRY COORDINAROR, GHANA
Patricia Fakor Seade is a Business Coach, Motivational Speaker and Founder/CEO of KAYJAD Beads and Fashion Ventures, Ghana.
Patricia Seade holds a Diploma in Public Relations and BA in Fashion and Design from the Prestigious Akenten Appiah Menkah University, Kumasi-Ghana, where she train people of all ages on different Styles, Fashion and Designs.
Patricia has the ability to raise people expectations and aspirations for success. She continually demonstrates her passion through her beading skills in Fashion Design and Textiles, Public Relations and Communication.
Her contribution to Fashion Industry have earned her a Master-craft Certificate in Beading, enhancing her skills in intricate textile embellishments and traditional craft techniques.
Her impact once provides her with the opportunity to serve as a Service Provider for the National Board of Small Scale Industry, a position where she contributes to the development of a Bead making Manual aimed at aiding in beads learning and skill development in Ghana.
CLARA AKPAN: - SECRETARY AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Clara Akpan is an author of books on Communication and motivation, TV/Radio Hostess, and Editor-in-Chief of First World Magazine.
Clara holds Diploma in Law from the University of Uyo and B.Sc in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Clara is the Chief Hostess of First World TV Talk Show; a platform designed to promote locally made products and add commercial value to people’s talents.
ISAAC DAN: - ADMIN HEAD
Isaac Dan is a dynamic business consultant and people's manager. Dan is also Contractor who specialize in all kind of building construction.
Isaac Dan graduated from Plateau School of Accountancy and Management Studies. He also holds HND in business Administration from prestigious Heritage Polytechnic, Eket. After his OND in 1997, he started working with Nature Environmental Services, Wuye District, Abuja FCT as Assistant Admin Officer. Before working as, Side Supervisor with EBA & Sons Limited, he worked with Julius Berger Plc (TSKJ/LNG), as a Store Keeper at Bonny Island in Rivers State.
Isaac is currently working with Geston Venture, Eket/QIT Ibono in Akwa Ibom State, as Cashier.
WALE AGBOOLA: - DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS AND COUNTRY COORDINATOR, NIGERIA
Wale Agboola is a Pastor, dynamic Social Crusader, Author, Business Executive and Success Coach.
Mr. Wale is the MD/CEO of GSGI, Lagos, Nigeria. A Publishing Firm and great Administrative Analyst Consultancy in Business Planning, Profit control and Church Administration. He is the Convener of PWA GLOBAL and PWA Mentorship Academy (PWAMA) an initiative specially designed for aspiring youths, business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, managers of organizations.
