THE COMPANY
Talent Mart Limited was Incorporated in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act with the Registration Number: RC 1743044 on the 8th December, 2020.
As a Company, our story began in April 2017 during an International ICT Summit in China with a follow-up Conference in Accra-Ghana a year after. It was at these two Conferences that the idea of an all-inclusive Social Media Platform with the name 'Talent Mart' was born.
THE OWNERS
Talent Mart Limited was Founded in the year 2020 by Joscham Dan with Three Executive Directors. Four more Directors and Ten Shareholders letter joined in June 2023. Presently, the Company has Seven Directors and Ten Shareholders.

A 3-WAY REFERRAL SYSTEM
In Talent Mart, we have Three Ways Referral System. The first one is known as ‘Exhibitor’s Referral’, ‘Partnership Referral’ and ‘Coordinators’ Forum Referral’.
(1). EXHIBITOR’S REFERRAL
Exhibitor’s Referral is divided into first and second generations. The first generation is when you invite someone to Sign-up with your Username as his or her Referral Code.
The second generation is when your first generation invite someone to Sign-up with his or her Username as Referral Code.
a). First Generation Benefit: Once your first generation cast his/her first Vote, you earn Referral Commission of N300 instantly. Now, imagine that you refer up to 1,000 Exhibitors monthly. That will earn you N3.6 Million in one year.
b). Second Generation Benefit: Once second generation cast his/her first Vote, you earn Referral Commission of N100 instantly. Now, imagine that your first generation of 1,000 referring 200 each in one year. That will earn you N20 Million.
(2). PARTNERSHIP REFERRAL
Talent Mart Partnership Referral System is divided into seven Categories and carries different levels of Direct and In-direct Commissions and Discount.
a). REFERRAL COMMISSION: - When you refer or introduce others Users to join Partnership, you earn Referral Commission according to your Partnership Category. For instance, as an Ordinary Partner, you can refer Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Star or Corporate Partners. Partners in any category can do likewise.
b). PRODUCT PURCHASE DISCOUNT AND COMMISSION: - In Talent Mart, when you purchase products, you receive Discount according to your Partnership Category. You also earn Product Purchase Commission according to your Partnership Category whenever your Direct or In-direct Referrals purchases products.

Joscham Dan is a widely known Motivational Speaker, an ICT Expert/Backend Developer and author whose books and messages have brought the elixir for day-to-day life of victory to many.
Joscham holds B.Sc (Hon.) in Industrial Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. Mr. Dan has the ability to motivate people to raise their level of expectations and aspirations for success.
His impact has led to the establishment of Joscham Foundation; a non-governmental Organization with the mandate to develop people's talents and create a platform for their gifts to manifest.
Dr. Emmanuel Udok is a Veterinary doctor worked with ADP as an Agric Extension Officer and also worked with the Ministry of Agriculture, Akwa Ibom State. Dr. Udok holds a HND from the Polytechnic of Calabar, National Veterinary Research Institute, Jos Plateau State and B.Sc (hon) in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Nigeria, Nsuka.
Dr. Udok is a resourceful go getter man whose positive influence has greatly impacted many to succeed. He is well driven and has a strong passion to see people succeed and therefore help them discover and harness their talents which gave birth to Leaders of Tomorrow.
His expertise manifested through his regular Radio and TV programs where he speaks on Agro Forestry, Health and Veterinary issues.
Clara Akpan is an author of books on Communication and motivation, TV/Radio Hostess, and Editor-in-Chief of First World Magazine.
Clara holds Diploma in Law from the University of Uyo and B.Sc in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Clara is the Chief Hostess of First World TV Talk Show; a platform designed to promote locally made products and add commercial value to people’s talents.
Patricia Seade is a senior Banker. She is in charge of business development, marketing and commercial products at Lolister Bank PLC. Patricia received a bachelor's degree in Economics Accounting from the University of Ghana, Legon and Masters in Economics from Renmin University, USA.
As a Public Finance Economist, she focuses on sustainable development, project monitoring and evaluation, economic growth, international trade, capacity building, market research, business environment analyses.
Hon. Effiong Bassey is a Philanthropist, Community Leader and a Politician.
Hon. Bassey holds B.Sc (Hon.) in Insurance from the University of Uyo. Hon. Bassey is a former member Representing Oron/Udung Uko Constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly. Rt. Hon. Bassey also popularly known and called 'Effibas' is a courageous crusader against cultism, kidnaping, militancy, youth restiveness and other social vices.
He is also a business man whose investment cut across different sector of economy and has been a great force toward reducing the rate of unemployment and alleviating poverty in his constituency and beyond.
Isaac Dan is a dynamic business consultant and people's manager. Mr. Dan is also Contractor who specialize in all kind of building construction.
Isaac Dan graduated from Plateau School of Accountancy and Management Studies. He also holds HND in business Administration from prestigious Heritage Polytechnic, Eket. After his OND in 1997, he started working with Nature Environmental Services, Wuye District, Abuja FCT as Assistant Admin Officer. Before working as, Side Supervisor with EBA & Sons Ltd. in Eket, he worked with Julius Berger Plc (TSKJ/LNG), as a Store Keeper at Bonny Island in Rivers State. Isaac is currently working with Geston Venture, Eket/QIT Ibono in Akwa Ibom State, as Cashier.
Wale Agboola is a Pastor, dynamic Social Crusader, Author, Business Executive and Success Coach.
Mr. Wale is the MD/CEO of GSGI, Lagos, Nigeria. A Publishing Firm and great Administrative Analyst Consultancy in Business Planning, Profit control and Church Administration. He is the Convener of PWA GLOBAL and PWA Mentorship Academy (PWAMA) an initiative specially designed for aspiring youths, business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, managers of organizations.
